VetStream Academy Creator & Instructor Agreement

Welcome to VetStream Academy.

This Creator & Instructor Agreement governs the relationship between VetStream Academy ("Platform", "We", "Us") and the educator, instructor, creator, speaker, or contributor ("Instructor", "You").

By creating an account, publishing educational content, or offering courses through the Platform, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to provide educational content and professional training.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Educational Content

VetStream Academy is dedicated to professional veterinary education.

You may publish:

• Educational courses

• Clinical case discussions

• Webinars

• Presentations

• Research and scientific content

• Professional training materials

• Diagnostic imaging content

• Veterinary business and management content

All content must be lawful, accurate, and relevant to the veterinary profession.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload.

By publishing content on VetStream Academy, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, distribute, and sell your content through the Platform.

Professional Standards

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and professional information

• Respect patient confidentiality

• Remove or anonymize personal data where applicable

• Comply with applicable laws and professional regulations

• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content

• Copyright infringement

• Fraudulent or misleading information

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Violence or harmful content

• Spam or malicious software

• Content unrelated to veterinary education

The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Course Sales and Revenue

Instructors may offer free or paid educational content.

Revenue sharing, commissions, and payment terms are defined within the Platform settings and may be updated periodically.

Payments will be processed according to the Platform payout schedule.

Instructors are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations.

Quality Review

VetStream Academy reserves the right to review submitted content before publication and may request modifications to ensure educational quality and compliance with Platform standards.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all materials you upload, including:

• Videos

• Images

• Slides

• Documents

• Presentations

• Educational resources

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination, previously purchased courses may remain accessible to enrolled students, subject to Platform policies.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides educational content for informational and professional development purposes.

The Instructor remains solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of their content.

Updates

VetStream Academy may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VetStream Academy operates.
