Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on VetStream Academy infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice containing:

  • Your full name and contact information

Incomplete notices may not be processed.


Review and Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, VetStream Academy may:

  • Review the reported content

  • Request additional information

  • Temporarily disable access to the content

  • Permanently remove the content

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts involved in repeated infringements

The Platform reserves the right to act at its sole discretion when evaluating infringement claims.


Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed material

  • A statement explaining why the removal was incorrect

  • Your contact information

  • A declaration made in good faith

  • Your electronic or physical signature

VetStream Academy may review the counter-notification and take appropriate action based on the information provided.


Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

VetStream Academy reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement.


Educational and Fair Use Materials

Some content published on the Platform may be used for educational, commentary, criticism, research, or other purposes permitted by applicable copyright laws.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that any such use complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Trademarks
